REMARK GeneRIF: Loss of Them5 specifically alters the remodeling process
of the mitochondrial phospholipid cardiolipin. Them5(-/-) mice show
deregulation of lipid metabolism and the development of fatty
liver, exacerbated by a high-fat diet.
